We can ship or mail your brochures almost anywhere! To assist you, we've assembled a few important guidelines.

We can ship all your finished brochures to you, or send quantities to several locations. When you place your order, indicate the quantity to ship, shipping address with phone number, and whether you would like the brochures shipped by overnight air, two-day air, or other means.
Mailing
Variable Data Capabilities
Our state-of-the-art iGen printer is capable of printing many of our auction products with your customer's address directly on your auction piece. This type of addressing adds an additional professional touch to your mailed marketing materials. Variable data printing is available to our customers at no additional charge.
Inkjet Capabilities
Our inkjet labeling system is very efficient, and adds a professional touch to your brochures. In addition to mailing addresses, we can serialize, inkjet indicias and return addresses.<
The inkjet system can print up to 16 lines total, and the standard field is 40 characters wide. Of the 16 possible lines, a maximum of 13 lines can be used for the mailing address.
The address block needs to have a clear space 4-1/4" wide by 2" tall to
inkjet addresses. To learn more about special inkjet options, please contact your coordinator.
Typed/Deskjet-Printed Labels
You can type or print on pressure-sensitive labels (commonly known by the brand name "Avery"). These labels are the most time-consuming to apply, and are best used on jobs limited to 5,000 pieces. When submitting, you will need to keep them in order by zip code.
Mailing Lists
Preparing Mailing Lists
- Unless your labels will be inkjetted, arrange your list by zip code for faster processing.
- Before sending your list, include your company name, the name or date of the auction, and the number of names on your list.
- Keep foreign addresses separated by country.
- We must receive lists a minimum of 48 hours before the desired mail date.
- Create separate foreign and domestic lists.
Supplying Electronic Mailing Lists
- Do not abbreviate street names.
- Do not spell out states, use 2 character abbreviations (OR, CA, MT, etc.).
- You must have a name, address, city, state and zip code.
- Include apartment number, suites, etc. at end of address line.
- Include one address only in the address column. If necessary, use a separate column for additional addresses.
- When entering data, do not put spaces before information.
- Business name, contact name, address, city, state, and zip code must be in separate fields.
- For foreign records, include the country as a separate field.
- We prefer Excel files, but can also accept DBase III+, .DAT, or ASCII standard data format delimited.
- Record layout/file structure.
- Keep foreign records separate from domestic records.
- To avoid delays, your list by e-mail or disk must arrive a minimum of 48 hours before the mailing date. This allows time to check for usability and to process the list in preparation for inkjetting.
