Turnaround Times for Standard Auction Brochures
Our standard, rapid turnaround time is 4 days for 4 color, and 3 days for 1-2 color.
How to Ensure a Rapid Turnaround
These are the standard specifications that make it possible to offer you a fast turnaround. We are happy to accommodate variations from this list, but please be aware that any changes will affect pricing and turnaround times.
- Materials: All copy, photos, and maps should be included at the time of order entry.
- Mailing Lists: Mailing lists should be received by us within 24 hours of order entry. (If you are sending via delivery, please use a carrier that delivers before noon such as FedEx or UPS. Sorry, DHL does not deliver before noon.)
- Standard brochure size: 8-1/8" x 10-1/2". (For more details, visit our product page.)
- Standard format: 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-page foldout brochure (no stitching/stapling). Stitching (stapling) will require an additional day in production. (For more details, visit our product page.)
- Paper stock: 2-page (front and back) brochure: white 100-lb. gloss book. 4-page (or more) brochure: white 80-lb. gloss book.
- Photos: An average of 4-6 photos per page.
- Printing inks/brochure styles: 4-color process with full-color photos. 1-color, 2-color, or 4-color graphics with black-and-white photos.
- Proofs: For a faster schedule, we recommend color email proofs or a fax. Shipped color laser proofs require one additional day. Additional proofs may require more time.
- Print quantities: Up to 15,000 brochures can be produced within the "Fastest Turnaround" time frame.
- Confirm your schedule 24-48 hours in advance.
